Melocactus plastome alignment of Caribbean species

This is a 52 terminal plastome alignment derived from read mapping of raw reads from genome skimming. Three datasets are available, 1) with all terminals but masking 100% gaps, 2) masking 95% of gaps, and 3) masking 50% of gaps. The consensus tree from the #1 dataset is also attached. We also include our reduced dataset of 44 terminals used for reconstructing the biogeographic history of the clade.
