Reproducibility compendium for diverging trajectories of atrial fibrillation/flutter and diabetes-related conditions in China
收藏资源简介:
This reproducibility compendium contains the processed data, analytical code, model outputs, and supporting materials associated with the study of temporal trends and projected trajectories of atrial fibrillation/flutter and diabetes-related conditions in China. The analyses cover atrial fibrillation/flutter, diabetes mellitus, type 1 diabetes mellitus, and type 2 diabetes mellitus using Global Burden of Disease 2023 estimates for 1990–2023, with projections extending to 2050. The compendium includes materials for descriptive trend analysis, Joinpoint regression and sensitivity analyses, Shapley decomposition, Bayesian age-period-cohort modelling, rolling-origin validation, figure generation, and reproduction of the principal manuscript tables and figures. Frozen intermediate and final outputs are provided to facilitate transparent verification of the reported results. Reproducing the original Joinpoint model fitting requires the official NCI Joinpoint software, while full upstream INLA/BAPC model fitting may require substantial computational resources and a compatible software environment. To support reproducibility at the manuscript level, the package therefore provides the corresponding inputs, analysis scripts, session information, completion records, posterior summaries, and final reporting datasets. Data derived from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) remain subject to the applicable IHME Free-of-Charge Non-Commercial User Agreement. Original code, documentation, figures, and other author-generated materials are licensed separately as specified in the accompanying LICENSES.md file.
