FABP5 deficiency affect the IL-4-induced macrophage alternative activation and LPS- induced macrophage M1 alterative activation in vitro.Through the RNA-seq sequencing analyse, we want to explore the effect of FABP5 on the polarization of mouse macrophages in vitro, and observe the changes in asthma and acute liver injury in mice after FABP5 knockout.
