CAHPS Practice Site Respondents by Region Ownership Mode and Provider

This dataset shows the distribution of practice sites and respondents by region, practice ownership and affiliation, survey completion mode and number of providers working per week that make up the comparative results for all versions of the CAHPS survey including Adult 2.0 Combined, Child 2.0 Combined, Adult Visit 2.0 and Adult 3.0 for 2015. Latest inclusion for 2016 data include Adult 3.0 Combined and Child 3.0 Combined
