Multi-Omics Analysis Reveals the Protection of Quadruple Probiotic Mixture in Experimental Autoimmune Hepatitis (PRJCA043914)

Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a chronic progressive inflammatory liver disease, with its incidence increasing worldwide. Increasing evidence suggests that gut microbiota plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of AIH. To explore the potential effects and possible molecular mechanisms of bifidobacterium quadruple probiotics on AIH. C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into three groups: control group, AIH model group, and AIH model mouse Bifidobacterium quadruple probiotic treatment group. Combined with transcriptome, metabolome, gut microbiota metagenomics and other multi omics sequencing, the molecular mechanism of action of bifidobacteria quadruple probiotics was analyzed.
