Asymmetric Prefrontal Representations for Leader-Follower Dynamics

This dataset accompanies the Nature publication "Asymmetric Prefrontal Representations for Leader–Follower Dynamics". It contains behavioral, tracking, and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) calcium-imaging data collected from mice engaged in a cooperative foraging task that generates stable leader–follower social roles. The dataset includes processed behavioral and neural measurements, social-role metrics, and supporting documentation required to reproduce the findings reported in the publication. These data enable studies of social decision-making, cooperation, role formation, neural representations of social interactions, and computational approaches to social value and multi-agent behavior.
