Growth of Pseudomonas frederiksbergensis SI8 in jet fuel and aromatic blend. P. frederiksbergensis S18 was grown in M9 minimal medium in the presence of Jet-A fuel and an aromatic blend (aromatics) for 14 days at 28°C and its growth was determined by measuring OD600 at 0, 7 and 14 days.弗雷德里克森假单胞菌（Pseudomonas frederiksbergensis）SI8在航空煤油与芳烃混合体系中的生长特性实验。将该菌株接种于M9最小培养基（M9 minimal medium）中，添加Jet-A航空煤油（Jet-A fuel）与芳烃混合液（aromatics），于28℃条件下培养14天；分别于培养第0、7及14天通过测定600 nm光密度（OD600）来检测其生长情况。
