EFFECT OF CONGRUENCE BETWEEN CLINICAL AND RADIOLOGICAL DATA ON DIAGNOSTIC ACCURACY IN ORTHOPEDICS BY MEDICAL STUDENTS - dataset
收藏资源简介:
Legends for the Excel Dataset File (“Pasta 1”) The following legends describe the variables and coding system used in the Excel dataset file named “Pasta 1”. Each row represents one medical student participant, and each column corresponds to variables related to diagnostic performance, diagnostic confidence, and time required for clinical decision-making across the eight orthopedic clinical cases evaluated in the study. TTOTAL1–TTOTAL8: Total time required to establish the diagnosis for each clinical case (Cases 1–8), recorded in seconds/minutes. DIAG1–DIAG8: Primary diagnostic accuracy for each clinical case. 1 = Correct diagnosis 0 = Incorrect diagnosis CONF1–CONF8: Self-reported confidence level in the primary diagnosis for each clinical case, measured on a scale from 1 to 10. DIAG1-2º – DIAG8-2º: Secondary diagnostic accuracy (“second-chance diagnosis”) for each clinical case. 1 = Correct second diagnosis 0 = Incorrect second diagnosis Rows: Each row represents one medical student participant. Congruent Cases: Cases 1, 3, 5, and 7 were classified as congruent clinical-radiological cases. Incongruent Cases: Cases 2, 4, 6, and 8 were classified as incongruent clinical-radiological cases.
