Processing banking affairs via mobile increased in popularity between 2019 and 2024 among bank account holders in Portugal, with 67 percent of all bank account holders processing banking matters via mobile banking in 2024, according to Statista's Consumer Insights. This was an increase of seven percentage points compared to 2019.
