Dataset of "Increasing the strength of carbon nanotube fibers and their use as a polishing medium"I

This dataset was generated through instrumental testing and visualized using Origin software, containing tensile test results, SEM images, contact angle measurements, TGA, XPS, and FT-IR spectra of the samples, as well as fracture surface morphology and polished surface topography images, systematically characterizing the enhancement mechanism of carbon nanotube fibers densified with PEI and the application performance of CeO2/CNT fiber composites in ultra precision polishing of KDP crystals.
