该数据模型依托广西交科数字实验室信息管理决策系统,来源于后端员工的工作流程时间节点而形成的数据集,通过“检测规则”、“管理模式”和“经营决策”将影响企业运营能力的重要参数体现在应用层,最后通过实时监控的重要参数计算“员工胜任能力”、“企业经营潜力”和“资金匹配能力”等管理模型,最终实现了运营和决策的数字化技术融合,达到了对实验室进行智能化管理和优化资源配置的目的,从而增强了实验室的“整体效能”。
This data model is built upon the information management and decision-making system of the Guangxi Jiaoke Digital Laboratory, with the dataset generated from the workflow time stamps of back-end employees. Key parameters influencing the enterprise's operational capability are presented at the application layer through three dimensions: "detection rules", "management modes", and "business decisions". Subsequently, management models including "employee competency", "enterprise operational potential", and "fund matching capability" are calculated using real-time monitored critical parameters. Finally, the digital technological integration of operations and decision-making is achieved, fulfilling the objectives of intelligent laboratory management and optimal resource allocation, thereby enhancing the "overall efficiency" of the laboratory.
