Effect of dietary supplementation with Curcuma longa (turmeric) during Eimeria maxima and Eimeria tenella infection of chickens

This study utilized comparative global gene expression microarray analysis to evaluate the effects of curcumin on intestinal immunity of chicken. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, Curcumin-fed chickens vs. Non-treated control chickens. Biological replicates: 2 control replicates, 2 Curcumin-fed replicates with dye-switching.
