Acclimation modulates the temperature-dependent mismatch between growth and carrying capacity

Files contain raw data for growth rate (growth_rate_all.xlsx) and for population time series (organized_raw_carrying_capacity.xlsx). Codes for calculated of carrying capacity values based on time series is on 00-carrying_capacity_calc.R and the estimated values already calculated in (carrying_capacity_estimated_k.xlsx). Codes for growth rate TPC fitting (r_sharpeschoolfield_fit.R) and carrying capacity fitting (K_sharpeschoofield_fit.R) are also available. Code for mismatch of r and K, alpha calculation, population dynamics and r and K covariances graph in Supplementary material can be found in r_k_mismatch_pop_dynamics.R
