A Multifaceted View on Discrimination in Software Development Careers

This dataset contains anonymized quantitative and qualitative data used for an exploratory analysis of discrimination and workplace experiences among software developers. The data originate from a large-scale 2025 developer survey and have been processed to remove any personally identifying information. The dataset includes: Three Excel files summarizing qualitative analyses (e.g., discrimation factors, workplaces issues and negative impacts due to discrimination). A ZIP archive containing raw survey response data from the organizers. All data have been cleaned and standardized for reproducibility.The dataset is intended to support further research on diversity, inclusion, and workplace equity in software engineering.
