RNA-seq of H1299 overexpressing GFP(control) and SALL4

Gene expression profile was determined in H1299 cells after SALL4 overexpression compared with GFP overexpression to identify potential gene targets and biology pathways that responsible for engineered SALL4 dependency of its negative cells Overall design: H1299 cells stable over-expressing GFP and SALL4 were used. Subsequently, paired-end RNA-seq was performed for the samples. RNA-seq reads of each sample were mapped to hg19 using the STAR aligner.
