This table presents the associations between BMI categories at diagnosis and the tumour RNA-Seq-based expression levels of 18,458 genes across the genome in 349 TCGA UCEC cases. Associations were examined using multivariable linear regression, adjusted for age at diagnosis, cancer stage, microsatellite status and 10 genetic ancestry principal components.
