We compare transcriptomes between macrophages polarized with IL-4 + IL-13 in the presence or absence of Fbxo38. Overall design: PEMs were isolated from three pairs of WT and cKO littermate mice and stimulated with IL-4/IL-13 (20 ng/mL) for 24 hours.
