This dataset contains the complete research archive for the Law of Emergence (Gaconnet, 2026), the structural inverse of the Law of Obligated Systems. The law establishes that any system in failure state can exit the failure sequence and restore generative function if and only if two conditions are simultaneously satisfied: (1) external forcing is reduced below processing bandwidth, and (2) internal capacity is restored through externally-sourced coherence.
The dataset includes: the parent paper (full formal derivation with eight falsification predictions), seven supporting papers addressing the top research questions in systemic recovery, a master reproduction guide enabling independent verification at any scale, and cross-domain application demonstrations (quantum, molecular, psychological, organizational, societal).
