CITEdb (Cell-Cell Interaction Database) is a manually curated cell-cell interaction database at the cell type level. It is constructed from 509 papers published on PubMed prior to January 17, 2022, reviewed by three peer reviewers. A total of 728 cell-cell interaction pairs were collected and deposited in the current version of this database.
