BMP2 treatment significantly reduces growth of B16F10 melanoma spheroids. This experiment analyses the transcriptome changes in B16F10 cells treated with or without BMP2. B16F10 cell spheroids in Matrigel were treated with control PBS or 100 ng/ml BMP2 for 10 days. The experiment was performed three times (batches 1-3), yielding three replicates for each group.
