Adapting Lake Ice Phenology Method for Small, Rapidly Changing Glacial Lakes of the Nepalese Himalayas

This directory contains the dataset associated with the study of Lake Ice Phenology (LIP) in high-altitude glacial lakes in the Nepalese Himalayas (Imja, Tilicho, Tsho Rolpa, Lumding, and Lower Barun) spanning the Landsat 8/MODIS record. The study is titled: Adapting Lake Ice Phenology Method for Small, Rapidly Changing Glacial Lakes of the Nepalese Himalayas If you wish to access the final extracted phenology dates directly, they are located in `/Files/Processed/PhenologyResults/` (named `Phenology_[Lake].csv` for each lake). If you are using the codebase by cloning the GitHub repository, please download this dataset directory directly from Zenodo, name the folder `Files`, and place it in the root of the cloned repository to ensure all relative paths in the scripts resolve correctly.
