资源简介:
Reseaerch goals. Establishment of standard genome database for aquatic organisms and investigation of their genome characteristics. Discovery of essentially useful genes, functional characterization and development of genetic markers. Establishment of data platform for aquatic organisms and discovery of biomaterials Research contents. IsoSeq based transcriptome analysis using the pooled RNA isolated from brain gill, liver, kidney, spleen, stomach, pyloric ceca, intestine, muscle, skin, and gonad of Amphiprion clarkii. Library construction for spatial and temporal gene expression analysis in different tissues (gill, liver and kidney) sampled at different time points (6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 120h) post different experimental challenges (PBS, pathogen, LPS and Poly I:C). Expected outcomes and application. The knowledge and technology obtained through this research can be utilized for genome analysis of other aquatic organisms and contribute to utilization of numerous marine aquatic organisms as resources. Amphiprion clarkii is an ornamental fish species with great economic value as well as several drawbacks, such as high disease vulnerability and slow growth. Our research could contribute to overcome these drawbacks by genetic breeding of fast growing and high disease resistant species and facilitate the development of Amphiprion clarkii aquaculture industry
