SAFE-AORTA Atlases and Virtual Datasets

SAFE-AORTA: Complete Dataset and Models Description This deposit contains the pre-computed shape atlases and virtual datasets of aneurysmatic abdominal aortas developed for the SAFE-AORTA project. The SAFE-AORTA framework provides tools for statistical shape modeling of aortic geometries and hemodynamic analysis using Deformetrica, as well as machine-learning–based surrogate models for computational fluid dynamics (CFD). All files are provided as separate ZIP archives, enabling users to download only the components relevant to their specific use case. Atlas folder structure: config.yaml: Serialized config used to generate the atlas. xml/: Model, dataset, and optimization XML files for each step. skeletons/, surfaces/: Preprocessed inputs - skeletons represent the vessel centerline. output/<stage>/: Deformetrica outputs (results, flow, reconstruction, logs). logs/: Deformetrica log files.
