Masks and atlases

This zip file contains a set of gifti files that define the ROIs reported in the manuscript.<br><br>The '<b>Surface_masks</b>' are binary masks that define the vertices we assessed for further analysis (i.e. the 'tonotopic population' as it is referred to in the paper).<br>The '<b>Surface_atlases</b>' define the location of the ROIs defined in the manuscript. Specifically:<br><br>1. A12. R3. RT4. Mbelt5. LBelt6. P17. P2.<br>The data in separate directories are in the original <i>HCP 59k </i>surface format and upsampled to the <i>fsaverage 164k</i> surface format.<br> The data were resampled using the connectome workbench wb_command -label-resample command with <b>BARYCENTRIC</b> resampling.<br><br><br><br><br>
