In 2023, Mapfre was the leading insurance group in Latin America with more than seven billion U.S. dollars in non-life premiums earned in the region. Innovacare, a German financial services company, was the second largest non-life insurance group in Latin America, with more than five billion U.S. dollars in non-life premiums.
