This record contains 1000 3D patches of size 250×250×250 extracted from the unannotated c-Fos+ cell volumes of the Selma3D 2024 challenge dataset available at https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/bioimages/studies/S-BIAD1197 Patches were sampled as follows: 500 patches from sample 1 and 500 patches from sample 11.
