Site Data from Archaeological Investigations at 1 and 2 The Green, Partington, Trafford, Greater Manchester, October - November 2016

This collection comprises images, site records, and a vector drawing from multiple archaeological investigations at 1 and 2 the Green, Partington, Trafford, Greater Manchester undertaken by Archaeological Services Ltd on 31st October and 1st November 2016. The evaluation trench to the north of the building footprint revealed no evidence of earlier structures in the grounds of the houses, only a layer of redeposited sand below the topsoil which is likely to represent a storage area for raw materials during construction of the now demolished dwellings.
