Enabling High‐Temperature Persistence Luminescence in Ca2Si5N8:Eu2+,RE3+ via Trap State Engineering - raw data

This dataset contains raw experimental data files for inorganic phosphor samples. The measurements characterize the thermoluminescence (TL) properties of the materials, specifically focusing on the relationship between luminescence intensity and temperature. Each sample was subjected to pre-irradiation using an X-ray source to populate the electronic traps within the crystal lattice. The data was recorded during the heating phase in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format, capturing the characteristic "glow curves" of the studied materials.
