The dataset developed in this study is intended for reliability analysis and reliability-based design (ReD) of semi-submersible platforms. It consists of environmental parameter samples, surrogate model training datasets, and ReD scheme datasets for three structural design cases. The dataset is established based on the integrated framework of Joint Probability Analysis (JPA), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and surrogate models (SMs), and can be used for structural response prediction, failure probability assessment, reliability analysis, and structural optimization studies.
