Supplementary files for the paper 'Aging is associated with a degeneration of noradrenergic-, but not dopaminergic-neurons, in the short-lived killifish Nothobranchius furzeri.' The two folders contain the R scripts and data utilized for the analysis, and a collection of the tiles utilized for the 3D reconstruction of locus coeruleus and posterior tuberculum shown in the article. In each tiff folder is included the relative 3D imaris file, including of the cell count overlay.本补充材料对应学术论文《衰老与短寿命弗氏假鳃鳉（*Nothobranchius furzeri*）中去甲肾上腺素能神经元（noradrenergic neuron）而非多巴胺能神经元（dopaminergic neuron）退变相关》。两个文件夹分别收纳了本次分析所用的R脚本与数据集，以及用于重建本文中蓝斑核（locus coeruleus）与后脑结节（posterior tuberculum）三维结构的图像分块集合。每个TIFF格式文件夹内均附带对应的三维Imaris分析文件，其中包含细胞计数叠加图层。
