The impact of chemical modulator of cytoskeleton in murine CD8+ T cell.

T cells cytoskeleton is invovlved in the recognition of the antigen-presenting cells and target cells. So we used chemical modulators of cytoskeleton (Blebbistatin) to treat murine CD8+ T cells. Then RNA-seq was performed. We found that Ble, compared with the control group, made significantly changes in the mRNA levels of murine CD8+ T cells. Total RNA was isolated from murine T cells treated with Veh., Ble (2 µM) for 24 hr by using TRIzol-chloroform method. Then RNA-seq was performed by using those RNA.
