Sequencing of target capture data from genomic DNA obtained from Lissotriton tissue. Library preparation through enzymatic shearing with the NEBnext Ultra II FS kit, targeting a 300bp insert size. Capture reactions using MyBaits-II kit (Arbor Biosciences, MI, USA; Ref# 170210-32) and protocol used on sister genus Triturus, as described in Wielstra et al. 'Phylogenomics of the adaptive radiation of Triturus newts supports gradual ecological niche expansion towards an incrementally aquatic lifestyle' (2019) - https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ympev.2018.12.032. Data processing, introgression analyses and phylogenomics to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships of the Lissotriton genus, particularly the Lissotriton vulgaris species complex, using samples from all evolutionary lineages.
