Figure 2 Underlying Data and Code

Datafile: "Figure 2 Blinded Scoring Results.xlsx" contains the annotated and unblinded results of a blinded, qualitative catagory-based scoring of the severity of mitochondria aggregation in a series of microscopy images acquired in the indirect flight muscles in 3-5 day old flies from each of the indicated genotypes. Original code: "2022_06_24 code.Rmd" contains an R markdown notebook used in the analysis of the scored qualitative data. Results: "Summary.csv" and "ChiSqSummary.csv" contain exported files from the data analysis. Resulting graph: "Mitoquantifications.TIFF"
