We directly reprogramed two human iPS cell lines to cardiac cells and collected four time points (day 0, day 2, day 4, and day 10) during cardiac differentiation for bulk RNA sequencing. To reprogram two human iPS cell lines into cardiac cells, and analyze their expression profiles at different differentiation time point.The SRA Study accession was SRP193902, and BioProject accession was PRJNA538935.
