Gastrointestinal Cancer MSI MSS Prediction

### Context

The original dataset can be found [here](https://www.kaggle.com/joangibert/tcga_coad_msi_mss_jpg). I split the dataset into train, val, and test using the `split_folders` package. Here is the [link](https://github.com/jfilter/split-folders) to the package.

### Content

The dataset contains histological images for MSI vs MSS classification in gastrointestinal cancer. There are 192312 unique images split into train, val, and test sets.
