Colombia: annual change of construction building costs 2023, by type

The cost of constructing an educational building in Colombia increased more than any other type of building from January 2023 to that same month in 2024. Meanwhile, the construction costs of warehouses, houses, apartments, hospitals, and offices also increased by over 5 percent during that period. Buildings used for commerce were the type of construction whose costs increased the least, but its growth rate still was not far from the rest of the categories in this list.

自2023年1月至2024年同期，哥伦比亚教育建筑的建造成本较其他类型建筑增长更为显著。与此同时，仓库、住宅、公寓、医院和办公楼的建设成本亦在此期间上涨超过5%。商业用途的建筑在成本增长方面虽居最低，但其增长率仍与上述类别相差无几。
