Polypodium pellucidum target-capture sequence data

The following sequencing data is derived from target-capture (i.e. hyb-seq, target-enrichment) for samples included in the American Journal of Botany publication: "Lineage diversification and rampant hybridization among subspecies explain taxonomic confusion in the endemic Hawaiian fern Polypodium pellucidum". The goal of the study was to assess divergent lineages and hybrids across subspecies of a highly morphologically and ecologically variable endemic Hawaiian fern, P. pellucidum. With a strong foundation for hybrid and non-hybrid clades we assess their respective morphology, ecology, and geographic distributions across the Hawaiian archipelago
