FlowCAMNet数据集包含使用FlowCAM设备在海洋不同区域捕获的浮游生物图像。全图经过ImageJ软件处理，记录了每个独立对象的感兴趣区域（ROIs）。在对象上测量了一组相关特征，并由有限数量的操作员使用网络应用程序EcoTaxa（http://ecotaxa.obs-vlfr.fr）将这些对象分类到167个不同的类别中。该数据集对应于301,247个对象及其计算特征。不同的文件提供了关于对象特征、它们的分类学识别以及原始图像的信息。

The FlowCAMNet dataset consists of plankton images captured with the FlowCAM device in different oceanic regions. The full images were processed with the ImageJ software, and the regions of interest (ROIs) around each individual object were recorded. A set of associated features were measured on the objects. All objects were classified by a limited number of operators into 167 different classes using the web application EcoTaxa (http://ecotaxa.obs-vlfr.fr). The dataset corresponds to 301,247 objects and their calculated features. Different files provide information about the features of the objects, their taxonomic identification, as well as the raw images.
