Dietary Effects on Protein Abundance in Dugesia dorotocephala: Complex, Control, and Minimal Diet Conditions

This dataset contains quantitative proteomics data collected from a species of planaria, Dugesia dorotocephala, that was fasted 15 days and then fed different diets for an additional 15 days. The proteomics analysis was conducted using LC-MS/MS with Proteome Discoverer, with protein identification further refined using Percolator to improve the accuracy of peptide-spectrum match (PSM) assignments. The dataset represents three dietary conditions: Complex Diet, Control Diet, and Minimal Diet, with six biological replicates for each condition.
