Gut microbiome shift and antibiotic-resistant genes diversity in a giant panda family returning from overseas

The gut microbiome and antibiotic-resistant genes (ARGs) of international travelers are different from the natives. Giant Pandas are famous worldwide thus often travels abroad. Here we want to explore the gut microbiome changes and ARGs diversity of a giant panda family returning from overseas using 16s full-length sequencing and metagenomic sequencing of their fecal samples.
