PAIN repository

The PAIN Repository is a recently funded NIH initiative, which has two components: an archive for already collected imaging data (Archived Repository), and a repository for structural and functional brain images and metadata acquired prospectively using standardized acquisition parameters (Standardized Repository) in healthy control subjects and patients with different types of chronic pain. The PAIN Repository provides the infrastructure for storage of standardized resting state functional, diffusion tensor imaging and structural brain imaging data and associated biological, physiological and behavioral metadata from multiple scanning sites, and provides tools to facilitate analysis of the resulting comprehensive data sets.PAIN 数据库是一项由近期获得美国国立卫生研究院资助的倡议，该倡议包含两个部分：一个用于存储已收集的成像数据的档案库（归档数据库），以及一个用于存储使用标准化采集参数前瞻性地获取的健康对照组和不同类型慢性疼痛患者结构性和功能性脑图像及其元数据的数据库（标准化数据库）。PAIN 数据库提供了存储标准化静息态功能、扩散张量成像和结构脑成像数据及其关联的生物、生理和行为元数据的平台，并提供了工具以促进对所生成的全面数据集的分析。
