RNA Sequencing Analysis of vascular smooth muscle cell from Wild Type and TIGAR-/- mice

We identified that global TIGAR deficiency inhibited VSMC dedifferentiation. The purpose of this experiment was to identify how TIGAR inhibited VSMC dedifferentiation.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of VSMC from WT and TIGAR KO mice stimulated with LPS. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for vascular smooth muscle cells from WT and TIGAR KO mice stimulated with PDGF-BB.
