本公共数据资源为屏边县水务局在行使防汛减灾职能过程中，通过县级山洪灾害预警平台系统收集整理形成，主要包括雨量站雨量数据，可用于当实时雨量值超过当地的危险雨量值时，系统平台可自动发送山洪灾害预警短信给县级、乡级、村级责任人，便于群众及时组织转移避险的用途。

This public dataset is collected and compiled by the Water Affairs Bureau of Pingbian County via the county-level mountain flood disaster early warning platform system during the performance of its flood control and disaster mitigation functions. It mainly includes rainfall data collected by rainfall monitoring stations. It can be applied to the scenario where the system automatically sends mountain flood disaster early warning SMS alerts to county-level, township-level and village-level responsible persons when the real-time rainfall reading exceeds the local critical rainfall threshold, so as to facilitate the local masses to organize evacuation and disaster risk avoidance in a timely manner.
