This dataset contains all scalar maps derived from anatomical, quantitative and diffusion MRI images of the Chenonceau dataset. The Chenonceau dataset consists of in-depth MRI acquisitions of a single post-mortem human brain. The brain was scanned piece by piece in two ultra-high field preclinical MRI systems, 7 and 11.7 Tesla, to reach resolutions from 200 µm to 100 µm. The brain was entirely reconstructed with a dedicated registration pipeline and specifically developed recomposition tools. It resulted in maps of the post-mortem human brain including high resolution anatomical MRI data at 100 µm and 150 µm isotropic resolution, T1-, T2- and T2*-weighted quantitative MRI data at 200 µm isotropic resolution, and multiple-shell diffusion MRI data at 200 µm isotropic resolution along 25/60/90 diffusion directions of respective shells of b=1500/4500/8000s/mm². This dataset includes high-resolution T2-weighted images, diffusion-weighted maps derived from the diffusion tensor models, and quantitative maps including relaxometric times and proton density maps.
