RNA-seq data of Mice in a experiment to identify the UA-lowering ability of Lactiplantibacillus pentosus P2000

We isolated a strain of Lactiplantibacillus pentosus named P2000 from Chinese traditional pickle with the ability to lower serum uric acid (SUA) and attenuate the UA-induced renal inflammation. To identify this, we performed RNA-seq of kidney samples from three groups of mice: NC(normal control), HUA (hyperuricemia) and P1 (hyperuricemic mice treated by P2000).
