资源简介:
Surface water grab samples were collected during a storm event to examine how precipitation events impact the concentration, speciation of carbon, and the composition of dissolved organic matter exported laterally from catchments in a coastal temperate rainforest. Over the course of a six-day storm event in August 2018, samples were collected at least daily (samples were collected twice on 9 August) from three sub-catchments of varying landcover (poor fen, forested wetland, and upland forest) and the Fish Creek outlet located in Juneau, Alaska, USA. Data include dissolved organic carbon (DOC), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), particulate organic matter (POC), water isotopes, and a summary of molecular formulae of dissolved organic matter (DOM) samples.
