VIF 2016 Warrnambool and South West SA4 - One Page Profile

Victoria in Future 2016 (VIF2016) is the official \r\nstate government projection of population \r\nand households. Projections are used by \r\ndecision makers across government and \r\nin other areas. The results are driven by \r\nassumptions concerning demographic and \r\nland use trends.\r\nProjections are based on the latest \r\n(30 June 2015) population estimates from \r\nthe Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and \r\nincorporate the results of the 2011 Census. For \r\nVictoria and major regions, the projections \r\ncover the period from 2011 to 2051. For Local \r\nGovernment Areas (LGA) and Victoria \r\nin Future Small Areas (VIFSA), the \r\nprojections extend to 2031.
