This dataset refers to the work titled "A framework for integrated design of human-robot collaborative assembly workstations" published on Robotics and Computer Integrated Manufacturing journal (RCIM - Elsevier).
The dataset is organized as follows:
- Folder "Case Study 1 - Gearpump" --> it contains the research material developed for the first case study described in the paper.
- Folder "Case Study 2 - Gearbox" --> it contains the research material developed for the second case study described in the paper.
- Folder "Estimated Manual Assembly Times" --> it provides insights into the estimation of assembly time for standard (non cobotic) scenarios.
Each folder dedicated to a case study contains:
- The Robot code (ABB)
- CAD files of the assembled parts and of the utilized supports
- Flowcharts produced within each design step
- Video of the final collaborative process
