This project seeks to understand how microbial communities respond to anthropogenic disturbances. We also seek to understand and quantify the impact and reach of human activities and its consequences on environmental and human health. This sample set is composed of fecal samples from a colony of South American Sea Lions (Otaria flavescens) in the Comau Fjord, in front of a salmon aquaculture cage.
