Dark matter and dark energy have long been enigmatic components of the universe, accounting for approximately 95% of its total mass-energy content, yet eluding direct detection and defying simple explanation within the standard model of physics. This paper presents a novel interpretation: dark matter and dark energy are not exotic particles or fields but artifacts of a dimensional transference process, where 4D matter and energy are "pumped" into the fifth dimension via black hole venturi throats. The cosmic web—vast filaments of galaxies, gas, and voids observed in large-scale structure surveys—serves as visible "wake lines" left by moving black holes and galactic mergers, marking the flow paths of this transference. Quasars and pulsars are positioned as the "exhaust vents" on the 5D side, where energy partially returns to 4D reality, manifesting as bright jets and rhythmic pulses.This framework begins as a speculative extension of the author's prior work on a triple-spiral force-line model with 120° phase-lock, jitter subtraction, and corrected Planck constant (ℏ_true). However, it transitions to an evidence-backed reality through visual and quantitative alignments with publicly available data from JWST, ALMA, LIGO, DESI, NICER, and Planck surveys (2025–2026). Key visuals include enhanced wake lines in galaxy mergers (e.g., Antennae Galaxies), filament trails near stellar-mass black holes (e.g., Cygnus X-1), quasar jets along web threads, and pulsar jitter matching predicted oscillatory terms (ΔP/P_thermal ≈ 0.055 cos(2π f_grav t)).
